Cosplay

cos·play (n) - the practice of dressing up as a character from a movie, book, or video game, especially one from the Japanese genres of manga and anime.

I love creativity more than anything (it aids in being a photographer). Knowing fellow creatives who also cosplay has helped open up so many doors for creative shoots and ideas. Whether it be a for an 80’s “Slasher Horror”-film style shoot or for a re-creation of a character from Animal Crossing, cosplay photography has been a new style that I’ve been experimenting in and it’s proved to not only be a successful avenue, but a fun one as well!
